The Saskatoon Council on Aging (SCOA) is pleased to invite you to participate in a focus group discussion to help shape our Legal Empowerment for Older Adults (LEOA) Program.

Your experiences, perspectives, and ideas are important to us. We are committed to developing a law education program that reflects the real needs and concerns of older adults living in Saskatoon. Your input will help ensure that the program provides practical, relevant, and accessible legal information that empowers older adults to make informed decisions and access appropriate resources.

During the focus group, we will discuss questions such as:

· What legal issues are of greatest concern to older adults?

· What challenges do older adults face when trying to access legal information or services?

· What topics would you like included in future workshops, presentations, and educational materials?

· How can SCOA make legal information easier to understand and more accessible?

· What community resources or partnerships would be most helpful?

The discussion will be informal, respectful, and interactive. There are no right or wrong answers—we simply want to hear your thoughts and learn from your experiences.

Venue: SCOA Boardroom, main floor, Field House 2020 College Drive. Free Parking

Light refreshments will be provided.

Your participation is completely voluntary, and all comments shared during the discussion will be kept confidential and used only to guide the development of the SCOA Law Program.
