Description: Join us for a presentation on advance care planning. The presentation will involve learning
what advanced care planning is and why it matters. Saskatchewan law guides advance care planning in the province, and we will discuss its impacts, who your legal substitute decision maker is, and how the law set the rules around communicating your health care wishes – primarily when you are unable to speak for yourself. You will learn about 5 steps to advance care planning, and how the Advance Care Planning Program’s resources may be able to help you in your advance care planning process.
Where: Meeting Room 3 in the Saskatoon Field House, 2020 College Drive. FREE PARKING.
