Keep Older Adults Engaged with our Toolkits

SCOA is supporting seniors across Saskatchewan by providing toolkits to help clubs and organizations keep older adults socially engaged as they age in place.

Our toolkits include information on how to start up the following programs in your community!

· Seniors Neighborhood Hub Club (SNHC): Drop-in programs for socializing, exercise, and learning.

· Seniors Technology Buddy (STB): Personalized tech training for seniors, led by youth volunteers.

· Pen Pal Program: Connects seniors with elementary school pen pals to combat isolation

. Globe Walk : A free January–April program where older adults track kilometres individually or in teams,

aiming to collectively "walk" the globe, with monthly social events and guest speakers along the way!

If you are interested in a free toolkit please contact kristi@scoa.ca or 306-652-2255 for more information.
