Legacy Writing Guided Autobiography (GAB) is a transformative writing experience that helps individuals explore and document their life stories. Facilitated by the instructor using guided themes and priming questions, participants delve into memories, reflect on their experiences, and create a meaningful narrative. This course fosters self-awareness, connection, and personal growth. With guidance from the instructor, participants WILL develop their own stories and develop their unique writing experience.
