Join us for a presentation on music and wellbeing for older adults. This presentation will involve a discussion on ways in which music can enhance our wellbeing – emotional, physical, social, cognitive. We will explore ideas for ways to increase the use of music in a caregiving context to benefit the wellbeing of both the caregiver and recipient of care. There is no musical experience or “talent” required to attend this presentation, as everyone can enjoy music, regardless of age, ability, or experience!
