Caregiver Cafe: Staying on Your Feet

When: Tuesday, Jan 27 from 1:30pm – 3:00pm

Where: Meeting Room 3 in the Saskatoon Field House, 2020 College Drive. FREE PARKING.

What: An hour-long presentation (including time for questions)

Join us to discuss falls prevention and falls risk factors. We’ll also demonstrate and discuss safe ways to get up from the floor and how to assist someone else who has fallen. Information will also be provided about the “Staying on Your Feet” community-based program that is in partnership with Forever…in motion.

Who: Amanda Volk - Community Exercise Therapist from the Chronic Disease Management department with the Saskatchewan Health Authority.
