This will be a one-hour presentation including open question and answer period.

This presentation will explore the journey through the health care system, from hospital admission to inpatient recovery, rehabilitation, and returning home. The presenters will share what the experience has been like and continues to be, as well as what they have learned along the way. They will also discuss where they believe improvements can be made and how we can better support our loved ones through this life-changing experience.

Presenters: Terry and Susan Yuzik – Terry is a stroke survivor; he had his stroke 7 1/2 years ago and is still on the journey back. Susan is a retired registered nurse who has been his supporter and caregiver during his journey.
