Living Simply Handbook

Living Simply  is a handbook for adults assuming responsibility for household tasks.  Living Simply provides information on basic living skills of particular interest to older adults, especially those assuming household responsibilities formerly done by a partner. This book includes a wide range of information from kitchen basics to recipes to how to take care of your car. It was developed by the Association of Saskatchewan Home Economists in partnership with the Council on Aging.  This book is no longer available at the Council on Aging however you can order a copy or copies by calling the Regina Home Economics for Living Project at 1-306-347-7877.
